Why are your prices relatively affordable?
I understand that getting photos done is a luxury that many cannot afford, so I want to make sure that individuals are able to receive high quality photos and a fun experience without feeling like the session will disrupt bills. I also do this because I honestly love to, not because I have to. Photos truly increase in value over time!
Are digital files included in your price?
Always! After your photos are meticulously culled through and edited through professional programs, I will upload them watermark free on an online gallery where you can easily download your photos in high resolution to print them or use them on social media.
Do you print?
I will print chosen photos upon request, however, this is not included in your package price. Print prices may be requested via email and would be added onto your package price.
How long does it take to get my files back?
About 2-3 weeks, depending on which package you have chosen for your session; however, many times you will receive photos much quicker. I get excited after sessions and tend to edit right away, but sometimes life can get in the way of my "excited right away" approach.
What do I wear?
This is completely dependent on the individual and the location; however, I find that neutral colors work best in any situation. Pinterest has a plethora of examples to help find flattering colors for eyes, hair, and basically anything you could imagine. If you need any particular help with choosing, do not hesitate to send me a text or email with examples!
How do I do my hair and makeup?
I recommend contacting an MUA in the area, there are many I can refer you to and they will cater to your individual needs. Much like an interview, you want to make sure you look your best, so I highly recommend getting in touch with an MUA!! That way we both know that no accidents can happen with your makeup/hair and you will look A M A Z I N G!
Who chooses the location?
If you have any ideas as to where you would like to do it, by all means, please tell me! If you don't have a clue, that's alright too! I can give you few options for locations that I feel will compliment you best.
When do we pay and what with?
My process is payment occurs at the beginning of the session after signing a contract and I accept cash or checks, checks must be made out to “Jennifer Lindgens”. I also require a $50.00 retainer fee for the date you are requesting, that way we both have a security blanket! Those will be accepted either through PayPal, Venmo, or through an in-person meeting.
